As part of the next generation, I am deeply committed to advocating for a sustainable future through meaningful activism. As an environmental advocate and co-founder of the DS Foundation, I strive to drive positive change.
This year, I had the privilege of participating in the COP 29 Climate Change Challenge hosted by Oxford University, where my team, Becure Team, stood out among 1,008 teams to achieve 2nd place after a rigorous series of presentations and Q&A sessions.
Currently, I lead the Sustainability Committee at Eaglebrook, furthering my dedication to creating a more sustainable world.

As the leader of the Eaglebrook Sustainability Committee, I believe that one of our most important responsibilities is to raise awareness about environmental sustainability among our peers.

"Fight The Mites To Save The Bees"
In this video, my team, BeCure, presents our project titled "Fight the Mites to Save the Bees." We developed an innovative solution to protect bees by creating an app that detects mite infestations in beehives. The app sends an alert to your smartphone whenever a beehive is at risk, helping beekeepers take action quickly to safeguard their colonies.
This year, I had the incredible opportunity to compete in the Climate Change Challenge hosted by Oxford University, where 1,008 teams participated. My team, Becure Team, made it to the final five, earning a place on the finalist list. As finalists, we were invited to present at the annual UN Conference, COP29, which was held this year in Baku, Azerbaijan.
After a series of intense presentations and Q&A sessions, my team proudly secured 2nd place. Next summer, Oxford University will host a special summer camp for the winners, focusing on Climate Change and Sustainability. I am eagerly looking forward to engaging in deeper research and discussions with like-minded peers during this unique experience.
The DS Foundation merges advocacy with the arts to raise awareness about critical environmental issues such as pollution and climate change. This mission is exemplified through initiatives like partnering with the Seoul Prodigy Orchestra, where I am an active member.
Through performances at prestigious venues, such as Carnegie Hall, we aim to inspire global action for a sustainable future, combining talent and activism to create impactful change.
